MLM Training | Guess this Guys Color!
Let me share with you what I came across today in an MLM Training article that put a pit in my stomach:
When asked about failure NaPier said; "There's a myth going around that 95% of people who start a home business fail. Truth is, 95% of the people who don't commit to success in home business fail. It's easy to blame people, systems, marketing methods and time for failue, but the key element lies within you. Home Business success is not found taking an easy way out, it's found when you commit, challenge yourself and follow through."
So, what color do you think this guy is? This is exactly the kind of stuff you'll hear from a MLM Red personality. It's all your fault. You didn't do it right, you don't want it bad enough, you want the easy way out, blah, blah, blah.
This belief is exactly what's wrong with MLM nowadays. If this is the type of talk you are hearing in your MLM today ask yourself, "What type of MLM Training am I really getting?"
If all I'm told to do is get out there and talk to all my family and friends, make my 100 names list, get 100 no's, talk to everyone within 3 feet, guess what......I'm not going to do that!
Is it becasue I'm lazy? Is it because I don't want it bad enough? Is it becasue my dreams aren't big enough? No, No, and No.
I'ts because I'm not a Red personality! And guess what, most people aren't! Only 15% of the population are Reds and of that 15% only half can do what they "train" you to do.
Everyone else doesn't want to become that pushy, agressive salesperson! There's nothing wrong with that!
Get the real skills you need and learn to do this business in a way that's right for you.
Learn how to actually market yourself and your products. Learn about the Network Marketing industry, talk to others who have been successful doing MLM because they found a way that was comfortable for them.
There's nothing wrong with "getting out of your comfort zone", but getting out there has to be in a way that's true to your value system.
Otherwise you'll do it for a little while, but won't be able to continue becasue it's not who you inherently are. The MLM training you receive should feel right to you not give you a pit in your stomach!
No go out there and have some fun!
